    I'd dabbled with meditation for a few months before taking Heather's class, but I'd never quite connected with it. Through the course of the class exercises and meditation guidance from Heather, it all finally began to click with me and I began seeing real benefits. The things I learned helped me work through some creative blocks and gain better control over my inner critic and my anxiety and the practices I developed are definitely something I plan to continue using in both my personal and my writing life.
