I worked with Heather these last seven months on a book development project.  I contacted Heather after connecting with her energy, passion and knowledge through an online revision course.  I wasn't an easy client and Heather had to offer me some difficult awareness cues to help me move forward with my eyes open and my heart full.  My project is ongoing as is my growth and awareness and I appreciate all that she offered during our months together.

Heather is deeply compassionate, open, generous, and very tuned in to your particular obstacles and challenges. She understands what it takes to be a writer.

I recommend Heather as a writing coach to further awareness and creativity, and for all writing critiques and edits.  Heather is fun and resourceful, I gained a great deal from all her recommended readings and handouts.  It's been a very grounding experience for me. I am grateful for our time together and for all her honest and heartfelt feedback.  She's the real deal!

On the Pneuma Retreat Experience

I left the Secret Garden Retreat (October 2019) feeling inspired and creatively energized! The adventure of getting there was the beginning of an amazing five days with an inspiring group of wonderful ladies who share the same journey.  We were all in different places in our writing journey, different genre's yet sharing our challenges was fruitful.   The sound and walking meditations were awesome, I really got into it.  It helped my focus tremendously.  The evenings were so fun too, full of games, fireside s'mores and stories.   It was enriching having two published authors lead the retreat, they balanced each other out well.

Heather is a true inspiration and she offered some deep strategies to finding wisdom in our characters and our stories.

Finally, the food was fantastic!   Farm to table, organic, and the preparation mirrored our writing journey:  to be open and creative in all things.
