This portrait of Dindy was commissioned for the CIA and hangs in the hallway at Langley, along with a handful of other official paintings documenting the Agency’s brightest agents and most important historical moments. This painting by artist Jeffrey Bass depicts Dindy during her second mission in France, with a local résistant (Edmund LeBrat) who would peddle a bicycle to get some electricity so that she could send messages to London via her wireless radio.
